I bought, I was told that I could log on the next day, that did not happen. I could not log into my account? I did call was not satisfied with the slow process, I am still waiting.
My husband and I signed up for a drawing for a free trip to Vegas or Orlando. We won but are from Wisconsin. My son went to claim our prize and he needs to sit through a time share presentation. This was not mentioned at the time we signed up. Please send us our prize. This is false advertising by not revealing what you need to do to receive your prize. This will be taken to the better business bureau if you don't resolve this. Misleading the public.
Great presentation it was not what we expect. They told me there would be no pressure to buy anything but at the end of the presentation your are pretty much harrasse to purchase. If you can't come up with the down payment then the package is no longer available. Not everyone has that kind of money to put down on something like that most people plan ahead for vacation and put away a little every pay for the pay check to pay check people
Everything was right to the point I had no problem understanding everything she said it just did not work for me at this time of my life.

I've been trying to call to get my free trip and I am on hold for over and hour at a time and no one answers. I've spent over two hours on hold so far and no one has ever picked up.
The gentleman who did the presentation did a very good job. In fact everybody we came in contact with was wonderful. We spoke with the final representative who made us an offer we were thrilled with. As I explained my hestation was due to a medical situition the wOman went above and beyond even to the point of wanting to buy me a gift vacation for all I had been through. I didn't like the whole process. They waisted 3 hrs of out time trying to sell expensive deals to us , after we decided not to take any of the deals, then finally they came out with a decent deal which we would have accepted. Why waited for 3 hrs before offering the best offer the decent packages directly
PLEASE BEAWARE: This company is a scam! A small amount of research on the internet or even YouTube will prove they are professional con artists! If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Please be aware of this company. They have changed their company name multiple times as well as the BBB receiving multiple complaints over the past year.
