Staff was helpful and friendly. Place was clean
Our experience was very pleasant, as usual the people we interacted with were very nice.
Check in was stress less. Very nice clean and comfortable place with thoughtful gadgets/kitchen appliances. We enjoyed it except we could not locate the pool.

The condo was very nice and the location was great!
The accommodations were neat and clean. The TV did not work in main room but was replaced within 30 hours of our reporting it. The view was nice. There were two major drawbacks of the location: we had to drive everywhere. In order to get to any restaurants etc it was a drive of at least half an hour to 40 mins in heavy traffic. There was nothing in walking distance, not even a coffee shop. And the TV program was not free. No movie channels at all.
Was happy we were contacted about the availability to join the VIP plan with the new offers. We avoided using our weeks ro save them for retirement, especially considering that with the business we can't take full weeks. Now with the split weeks it is perfect for our lifestyle
Very nice, We had a great time. Resort was lovely
We liked the fact that you were not pushy. We still may consider the other package in a few months when we are better able financially to afford it.
