Room was great! Resort was great! Program itself saves you no money compared to direct booking. With increased maintenance fees and bookings fees my "money saving" vacation club is now costing me more each trip than travelocity offers.

The Palm Beach resort in Orange Beach Alabama was beautiful. The beach was super calm, warm, not deep, and perfect for children, and clean. The resort was centrally located to all the restaurants and markets. The resort was clean, had a washer/dryer which were essential. The beach was close to the property and you didn't have to treck back and forth if you forgot something. The only issue was no one notified me that I may need to move units after a week of being completely moved in to our unit. However I am very disapp... read more
Long way up that mountain. Water tasted terrible.
After the mixup with registration The Liki Tiki Village was awesome! The kids loved the Laggon!
Nice apartment however in need of serious updating. Furniture is old needs replacement
We had a wonderful time and I already completed a survey as soon as we got back stating this.
Beautiful condo and area. Condo was not cleaned. Ants in kitchen, trash can locked in garage which contributed to ant problem. Grill unusable , screened 8n porch had large holes in screen. Was repaired while we were there.
Very pleased with the property.
