It was easy to get in even though we were there an hour early they let us come in. Even though we couldn't afford their vacation packages they worked to lower it as much as possible before deciding I really couldn't manage it. Despite the lack of funds they still treated us as though we were long term customers and their smiles never faltered.
Small room but all I needed to be close to boardwalk. Staff acted as great concierge.
It was really nice clean! When we needed something we were able to get assistance right away. The only complaint was when at the pool around 7:30 pm the kids were having a good time not to loud a man came over talking rude saying tone it down. We was fine with that until the next day around the same time they did it again. We continued to allow the kids to enjoy themselves and didn’t change anything we were doing. We found a different pool but I felt that was unnecessary.
Without this package we would have not came to this location and had great time
Everything we expected was ready for us to have a good family vacation near the beach.
We love Woodfield Manor the best place in the Poconos ! very friendly staff extremely clean beautiful grounds and pool lovely Restaurant good food nice atmosphere ! The General Manager Theresa Merli will make it her personal goal to make your stay comfortable and memorable

Everything was fine. The cabin was a little small...especially the shower. But the location was good and everyone was professional and helpful.
Beautiful location at Puerto Plata, DR. Cute villa with 2 bedrooms, picturesque view. Great service on site.
