the presentation was awesome...everyone was very nice and personable and accommodating. i would have loved to buy a package but it was just the wrong time right now....if it had been next month i could have signed up ....but it was a great deal!

Great location, right on the beach. Clean master bedroom but curtains need to be updated. I felt safe!
The folks who worked at the Esplanande were great. The rooms really need larger refrigerators and some other type of end table surface, just to have a place to put things. It was nice not having to bring our own linens. We found a couple bugs that looked like roaches, but they said they were water bugs; they came in and sprayed.
Beautiful part of the country. Unit was in great shape. Hot tubs on premises did not work tho.
The condo was fabulous! The only problem we had was opening the gate with the code given us, but we finally mastered it by the 3rd day! Looking forward to our next vacacation! Thank you!
We loved our place, was very nice and clean. It was like we never left home everything was there washing machine dryer, kitchen and very secure enviornment.
Trout Creek was very nice the only problem was the bathroom sinks drained really slow even after they came to fix it they still drained slow. The carpets really need cleaning but the rest of the unit was so nice. The owners had a washer delivered while we were there but they didn't give us any notice or call they just showed up that was a little scary.
