Cabin was wonderful, beyond are expectations! Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace but it was to hot outside for it anyway. Location was great! Close to everything... grocery store, dinner shows, Dollywood, mountain coster etc. it was a 20 min drive to Gatlinburg witch was a nice short drive. Bedroom mattress and sofa couch soft
Very professional, well run operation! Kept their word on exactly what they were going to do the entire time. Would recommend it for families with young children and a lot of travel plans coming up in the future.

Our vacation was nice but we did have a few issues. With having kids, the walk to the beach from our condo was way to far. We even had a day where the entrance to the beach was closed and we had to go even farther. Our room wasn't completely clean as we found a dirty wash cloth and sock under the bed. There was hair all through the tub and something smeared on the bed skirt. However, out children loved the pools and the lazy river! Thank you for your time!
Nice place, close to the beach. However, there was almost no flexibility with check in time when we asked to check in an hour or two earlier.
The property was cute and clean but a little old. The futon sofa was stained and the beds were thin with creaking frames. The yard was a little overgrown and there was a berry tree that hung over the driveway and dropped gooey berries on our car daily. On the plus side, it was located in the quiet, relaxing town of Sandwich only half an hour ride from bustling Hyannis port - the best of both worlds offered in Cape Cod. I would recommend it provided you were not expecting 4-star accommodations.
