Check in was easy and the desk clerk was very personable and helpful. Our place was spacious and comfortable and the location convenient to attractions.
I was having trouble with lock box at 2am in morning, had a late flight , your 24hrs employee was phenomenal. it was scary at night by myself, she made it so comforting and got me in the facility. I felt safe. that's one of my main priorities when traveling. thank you hiring people such as her. patient and caring.i can't remember her name, I was so tired that night. please thank her for me.👍
Laguna Bay Villas is a great place to stay in Orlando. Very quiet.
This is a crazy vocation I have ever been... At 12:50AM (midnight in MD.), certainly we hear something dropped on the floor! We jumped out the bed and find out that one of the picture frame in the living room dropped on the floor, and hit the lamp on the table. Lamp was fine, just the lightbulb broken. Scare the hell of us!!! However, besides that, it was a nice unit.

Have your cleaning people pay more attention to the details like base molding, corners full of dirt and dust and Cobb webs. Replace the sofa beds more often. Every unit we have ever rented has had a delapitaded sofa bed that is totally useless for sleeping. This is VERY disappointing when you are planning to use it for the extra sleeping space. This last place we stayed at in Kissimmee the sofa bed mattress was like sleeping on a pin cushion. Basically it was metal spring coils with a thin piece of fabric over the top.
Great and comfortable
All was good but moldy apartment smell, smelly couches (which we solved by covering it with extra blankets) and nonstop smoking neighbors downstairs (we could not open doors to balcony throughout entire vacation ) . Cleanness was ok, beautifully folded towels and sparkly clean dishes that were very good quality, fully equipped kitchen to a mixer and all utensils needed for even baking. Also very friendly staff. We had a great weekend in ocean city MD. The condo was very nice and very well equipped. OceNfront view which was nice on a cool fall weekend
