I will say the booking experience went very well and the information on what to do when we get to our destination was very clear. We had no problem picking up our keys, etc.. for the place we were staying and the personnel there (Larry) was very helpful. He gave us a list of recommended places to eat and attractions to visit as well as the local grocery etc.. although he told us our room would have a view of the ocean - which was not true - It had been changed from our original room booked and may have been a better place th... read more

It's not your fault about the accommodations. They had to move us twice. We just didn't get VIP accommodations that we expected as usual.

For the condesa your cleaning staff needs to step up their game. The dust on the outlet that ceiling fan was plug into was loaded with dust which is a fire hazard. It took me all of a minute to clean it. I can send you a picture if you like.

The room was amazing the only thing was I wasn't sure whay expect from the services such as housekeeping. Had to make calls to find this out. Since this was my first trip with you. Otherwise great. My friend was bored cause there was nor allot to see and do around ft myers, florida
