For the condesa your cleaning staff needs to step up their game. The dust on the outlet that ceiling fan was plug into was loaded with dust which is a fire hazard. It took me all of a minute to clean it. I can send you a picture if you like.

The room was amazing the only thing was I wasn't sure whay expect from the services such as housekeeping. Had to make calls to find this out. Since this was my first trip with you. Otherwise great. My friend was bored cause there was nor allot to see and do around ft myers, florida

Everything was beautiful. The only complaint would be more thorough housekeeping, cleaning drawers, dusting and checking for crumbs under sofa cushions.

Specifying what amenities are coupled with the room one books, would be amazing and allow for more detailed planning.

Sundance Reps were AWESOME! From start to finish. prompt/courteous/professional/accommodating......etc. i absolutely loved that even if you did not purchase you still received outstanding gifts. Would rate higher if i could.
