Honestly feel that there should still be an offer of charter level after the trip is taken so that an example of services are proven .
Everyone was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Show/be more specific of views of rooms in video presentation. Not bad, but you are a little sketchy on specific amenities availabile.
The agents should have a computers at their desks.

The experience was great. CHRISTINA was very knowledgeable and answer all my question. The only problem was the man that gave me the Boucher and the tablet. He again insisted with another offer. I explained that I wanted to consult with my significant other. He then gave ma an attitude, even when I asked how to exit, his response was dry and as if he was bother I ask.
Actually nothing i personally just wasn't ready but i will be next time the team did a great job
