Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable. Polite and respectful.
Everything was great! I drove 3 hours from D.C. To attend. I was late by 10 minutes and had to wait for the next session. I don't agree with that it should definitely be a grace period.

Enjoyed the presentation and the staff accommodated me very nicely. Unfortunate that I'm not in the situation to take advantage of the offer that your staff bent over backwards to offer me.

The whole experience was truly great! They worked with us to make sure we had a vacation package that we would love. All the wokers were truly friendly and helpfull in many ways. Come monday at work i will be spending the great name of sundance vacations.
