I was very pleased with all the information I was given while at the room. The travel agent was very knowledgeable and I was pleased.
John was a good customer service rep. He answered all our questions and reassured us that our trips would be great. I think we understand how to plan a trip better than before. Looking forward to many great vacations !

All Reps were professional and great customer service
The agent presented the options. As we found it to be little expensive and not suit our spontaneous vacation plans, we did not take them. Then there came the manager with some concessions. And finally came another person, maybe boss of the boss, with even better plan. But we had to take a step back and not buy anything at that time. We needed to research our time/money reserves before purchasing for a "wholesale" vacation package.

It was a great experience for me to visit their office and know about their company. The demo was awesome. Their offer for the vacations are great. I didn't know such offers are present for vacations. I would recommend Sundance for sure.
