First, I will start of by saying that having this Vacation discount program is amazing in itself! I did not have high expectations about the program at first because I was afraid when we went to use the program was going have a difficult time because of some negative reviews that we read but it was the complete opposite. Check-in was so easy and the smoothest I've ever encountered! Everybody was nice went great if I had a chance to take free vaction first I probably would have been more interested in the deal
You did a fabulous job
the rooms lacked lights. needed to move one lamp from the dinlnning area to the bedroom to read. the living room also needed overhead or additional lamps. Being located immediately next to the parking garage third level is not great, especially if one wants to sit on the balcony.

My experience with Sundance travel was unsatisfied. I was directed to a representative that did not know how to answer my questions. She had to leave the table to verify the answers to my questions leaving me with a lot doubts. Also they did not make the meetings on the day in which everyone got payed, so that we can make at least a payment on one of the offer that we had "won". Recommendations to this company I doubt to give to family and friends.
