Had fun
We had a great vacation at Ocean City, MD. I did find the customer service from the property rental to be less than 5 stars. Their facility was dofocult to find and where less than helpful when we called for instructions to find it. They didn't seem to know the answer to some of our questions about parking and check in/out. When I turned the key into the office everyone was on their phones and completely ignored me. The destination site was clean, had the seasonal appeal, and as stated is steps from a private beach. Just minutes from Atlantic City, I'd recommend Surrey Beach House, in Ventnor NJ to couples who want a quiet getaway
The presentation was very clear on how the program works. And Nick, the presenter was able to keep people engaged without being overly boisterous. Jen, our sales rep, was incredible. She was fun to work with and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. The only thing that I would recommend, would be to offer an alcoholic drink. Anytime you spend that much money, you need alcohol!
Greetings During are Presentation with Sundance Vacation Representative Bob, was a great and relaxing experience. Very polished and knowledgeable while sharing the advantage of having and making Sundance Vaction a practical & wise decision. So in a Nutshell from 1 to 10 I rate the Presentation a 10.
