Need more activities, even something as simple as books to read.
Excellent staff and medical team. Accommodations were private and relaxing. Facilities are a bit dated but architecture was beautiful and great to look at. Nursing staff was always willing to help whenever needed even when just providing someone to talk to. Went a long way with the detox process.
the staff here is amazing. they really care about your wellbeing and every time i needed a shoulder to cry on they never hesitated. so many resources they offer. it was truly a great experience. thank you sunrise house for changing my life.
Im very glad that I traveled to New Jersey for this treatment center. TA's Kayla, Brooke, Johnny, Luz, Caroline, Kerri, Mary, Katie, Shannon, Nancy, Rita, Sarah, Mike and Kyle were wonderful! Counselor's Glorious, Mike, Joe and Amanda were wonderful and I gained the most knowledge about my addiction from them. Caitlyn from Discharge was Awesome. Great meals from the kitchen staff. Great care from the nursing staff here. Especially Mary, Marcine, Dawn , Sim, Crystal, Kelly, and Megan.
the staff was truly wonderful.
All in all, a good experience. There should be a better process for nursing shift changes, especially when they occur while medications are being distributed. Plumbing and heating could stand an overhaul. Also, having access to only one men's restroom during the course of the day is not ideal.
