This was exactly what I needed. Pro's: -Detox environment was peaceful, comfortable, and nursing, TA, counseling, case management staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, and made the detox process easy compared to feeling as if you were locked in a room or hospital. -Residential schedule is regimented to promote effectiveness, change of mindset, strict on the aftercare plan, and the sessions were very different each time. Great Clinicians and staff. We were treated very well and in a professional manner. Med lines were a bit long, but they seem to start getting better. Food is very good on most days. It was an overall good experience. Bruno Savo
councilors and t/a's where great as well as other department. The T/a supervisor Marrisa is a very difficult person to deal with and just rude. Amy the councilor was a pleasure and a huge help. My case manager, caitlin Was such a huge help and made the process very easy. As per the rest getting packages and my clothing was rather difficult. The administration Seems like they need a lot of help getting the program to work better. The Schedule needs alot of work.
