Very attentive staff and counselors. Informative classes that help you to focus on recovery.
Was overall a good experience and learned a lot. Lines are way to long and medication area is very unorganized and that is our free time it averages 45 min per person. Meals were good great variety. Treatment went well overall.
Staff and fellow patients were the best part of my experience. There are a lot of people who genuinely care about your well-being at the facility.
Not as good as my previous experience in 2019... Different staff and different group strategies...
The staff and councilors .were on point and helped me phenomenally.
I was able to meet all my medical needs. I also have new tools to stay sober, and I was assisted in finding a sober house as a part of my new journey.
Some things take a few days to get used to and get in the hang of things. Could be more intuitive? Easier for first-timers?
This was my 6th stay at Sunrise. Since the facility was turned into a corporate business, a lot of things were different from my previous stays. There seems to be a huge program with being understaffed especially with TAs and counselors. Some days no one would show up to lead group and they would have to scramble to find someone to come in. The number of counselors have decreased tremendously from 10 to at least 5. Each counselor is assigned about 10 patients each.
