We were very happy with SunVena and the process of installation. The sales part with Haines was just as smooth. He answered all our questions sometimes answering our questions even at night and on weekends. We cantrecommend the company or Haines any more than we do. We give them a ten easily.

Our experience was really great. Our first salesman was a little pushy but luckily when he didn't call back we got in contact with Russ and he was a very straight forward salesman who was not pushy. He knew when its something this expensive its a yes or no, pushing is only going to drive us away. He was great answering all our questions and even answered a few I hadn't thought of yet.
