My whole experience was great! Jake made me feel comfortable about everything. I had to call Jake several times during the past three years and he always gave me good advice, and helped me find out the answer! I got my new roof with SunVena because I trust Jake! Our experience with SunVena so far has been very positive. I have attempted to work with other companies in the past and in the end did not move forward due to feeling uneasy with either the company or the product. With SunVena we did not experience that. Our experience with SunVena was amazing. Jason ********* was our sales rep and his knowledge of the system was spot on. Our electric bill is super low as he said it would be and all we hear on TV and Radio right now is that the electric prices are going up, We have no regrets, down the road when our system has been paid off, we will have less than $50/mo in electric bill and what we know of with regard to the environment and the benefits having solar is, we are happy to know we contributed to this. SunVena was great! Chantelle was the representative I worked with through the whole process. Customer service was phenomenal, responses were quick and professional. Somehow my project appointment was way ahead of schedule which was nice, though I'm sure everyone's situation may be different in that regard. The installers were on time for my project and were done within about 6 hours. It's only been a little over a month and so far no issues with the installation. SunVena did an excellent job with my solar system. Jake ******* saw my project through from the beginning to end, keeping me informed along the way. The installers were fantastic! I went with SunVena becausethey were personableand talked with me throughout the process.
