Our experience with sunvena was extremely nice, professional, and very personable. The two representatives we were worked with are extremely knowledgeable and informed us of every step of the process as it was happening. Any questions were immediately answered through text, phone call or email.
I wanted to share my experience with SunVena. Choosing to go Solar is not easy. One must be informed. SunVena sales rep Kevin ****** was well informed and knowledgeable. Contract terms and conditions were straight forward. Installers from site surveyors to electricians to installers were professional, friendly and courteous. Very reasonable installation price, project management from contract to installation was great, clear and prompt communication, installation team very professional and had explained all information about the system and next steps to activation.
Jake and his team were great to work with, they communicated with me throughout the process and not one step was left out. Jake broke down all the costs, process and timeline perfectly. Installers were very nice and professional. I would recommend this company and service to anyone who is interested in getting solar for their home.
