The fence looks really good and seems very strong, especially with the metal frame on the gates and the large gate support posts. However, there are 2 things that are a problem for me. One is that the fence was supposed to be 1-2" above the ground. In some places it is so low it actually touches the ground and is wicking water up into the fence boards. Installation was flawless and fast. Any changes were communicated and approved before made. Very happy with the job. Any future fencing needs will be done through this company.
Quick installation, great quality product
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, period! Nothing but a bunch of liars, worst customer service. I have experienced in quite some time. Do not make the same mistake. I did by signing a contract with this untrustworthy company.
Nick and his crew were very professional and customer concerned. They all have great people skills. Everyone was very professional that assisted in the project.
Very disappointed with my choice to choose this company!!! Even tho' I have a signed contract with them... that clearly states THEY would pull the permit for my fence... they didn't... and after waiting for 3 weeks for them to resolve the issue... They haven't done so!!! Mr. Poole assured me they were working on it.... but code enforcement still hasn't heard from anyone!!! Be very wary... if choosing this company!!!
Excellent installation by Francisco. He asked all the questions prior to starting to make sure we agreed on final design. There were positive interactions throughout. I recommend this company.
Very pleased with materials and construction of our privacy fence! Will use them again for our next project.
