The whole Superior team was excellent to work with. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the process. The process was painless and I received constant communication. My questions were answered quickly and any concerns I had were handled. I will definitely be giving Superior a call for my next project.
This has been a terrible experience. I have had to get a crew back four or five times now because the quality of the work is just terrible. From nails and screws sticking out of the wood to cracked wood during installation. I am tired of having to reach back out every time the crew does work. I just want my fence to look good and be done. You would think having to come back because of poor quality during installation they would take extra steps to make sure it looks good. I personally worked with Zak, he was Amazing through the entire process, very informative and getting his team prepared for the work. It took 2 months to finally get our fence, but it was worth the wait!!! The installers were professional, friendly, and courteous!!!
My total experience with Superior Fence and Rail, from beginning to end, was great! It began with Jason L, the sales rep, who answered many questions and gave sound advice as to how to proceed. He actually had to make a few trips out to our house because of some changes we decided to make, and after having a survey done. Very professional and honest! There were a few bumps in the project but due to their honesty and working with me to make it right I would use them again for future projects.
Communicated well throughout the project. Meidy's team came well prepared and installed the fence accurately and in good time. I especially appreciated the excellent cleanup to the property before they left.
