My daycare hired this company to put new fencing around our playground a few months ago. They did a horrible job! There is a gap under the fence that the children can and do crawl under. Parts of the fencing is already breaking and cracking. We have called several times to have it fixed and they simply refuse. Now they aren't even returning our calls. If you have children, please do not use this company because they clearly don't care.
The installers, Reyan and Marlon, did an amazing job. They are hard working guys, friendly, efficient, and very organized. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and everything else I mentioned.
Good things all around for this company! From the salesman Shawn to the installation by Rudy’s crew! I was in the process of closing on my house, and was needing a fence before I could move in. I called and scheduled an appointment, Shawn was there in a few days. He walked the property with me, went over options and scope of work. I had my quote the next day, along with a drawing. My husband and I hired Superior Fence to build a basic privacy fence on 2 sides of our yard and a 4’ gate for an area next to our garage. Their sales rep Geoff visited our property in person, and then sent us a proposal which included a drawing of the fencing we had discussed along with a 4’ section marked next to our garage (which we assumed was the gate we had discussed), and he also included a “box” around a large neighboring tree that was growing too close to our existing fence.
