From our first meeting with the sales staff, Superior Fence & Rail provided excellent customer service, price, installation and professionalism. The installers were fast, efficient and CLEAN, our back yard looked fantastic once the fence was up, they cleaned up and left our yard like they found it....During the process Superior Fence & Rail took care of everything, once we gave them our survey they got the permits so we did not have to. Great attention to detail
Great customer service from start to finish. No “hard sell” on the front end—-just a straightforward, good consultation and attentive follow up. Can’t say enough good things about Kenny. And also the PM—maybe Jordan? —who both quickly and professionally addressed a small issue with our project. Highly recommend!
Awesome installation by Louis and his crew. They did everything we asked them to do plus more…heck, they washed down the fence when they were done by hand. Awesome experience. We love our new fence and it was worth every penny.

Great job. The crew went the extra mile. They finish much sooner than expected. Very hard workers.
The people that put up the fence were wonderful. They did a great job however, the schedulers at your company I did not appreciate. They kept postponing and postponing and postponing dates giving me several different dates and I had to call THEM to find out.what was going on. I was not kept up-to-date with each postponement. It was very frustrating and the after approximately 16weeks, my fence finally went up.
We were very pleased with the couple that installed our fence. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up everything before they left. You should be proud to have them on your team. Bill and Anne George Venice
