We had a great experience with Superior Fence & Rail. They installed an aluminum fence in our backyard and Donal and Bob were very communicative throughout the process. I appreciated the quick responses, follow up, and quick installation time. Also, important to note, the fence looks really nice! I would use them again in the future.
My family and I are please with the professionalism and look of our new fence. We can not wait until it gets warm to enjoy our backyard

After half my fence was installed on 1/2/2024, my neighbor's plants and bamboo trees were cut without her consent. I was working from home during the installation. Mike Crosby, the manager, was made aware, and was told per the fence installer than the damage had before done by the tree removal company that was there weeks ago. After installing the first half of my fence on 1/2/2024, the installer cut thru my neighbor's plants and bamboo without my neighbor's consent. I was working on my home at the time. Mike Crosby, the manager, has been made of the situation. He states that the prior tree removal company did the damage. The owner of the tree removal company, my neighbor and myself have pictures to show other wise. Still waiting for a response to have my neighbor's plants and bamboo trees replaced.

Great experience from start to finish! Travis is the man to go to. He came as scheduled for the first appointment and basically got everything set and going for us. Everything came better as expected. The guys installing the fence and gate did a really good job. I was little scare because my front yard is kind of weird, going sideways in one of the side, but they put the fence so well that you can barely notice the gap in our yard. Very impressed with their work and highly recommend them to anyone!
