We loved working with this company! Everyone we interacted with so pleasant and professional, from start to finish. Nathan was the one to come out and do our quote, and he was so incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. He is really creative and talented and came up with a cool custom option, which we ended up choosing! The team that installed the fence was wonderful too! Professional and courteous staff. From dealing with the salesman at the beginning of the conversation, to the receptionist who scheduled the appointment for us, and dealing with the person that actually installed my fence. Most importantly, the fence looks outstanding and the cost was fair I could not be happier with the experience.

It was overall, an ok experience. I was a bit frustrated that multiple changes had to be made to the layout, causing the entire process to take longer than it should.

Superior Fence & Rail's crew arrived on the scheduled day to being work and finished well within the time frame given for our fence. Fence looks amazing and both the single and double gates work flawlessly! You get what you pay for most of the time and SF&R was worth more than we paid!

The experience itself to have it put in was fabulous. We needed it in November and couldn’t have it installed until January 2022. We have 4 dogs and we really struggled until then. But as we understand it, it has more to do with product availability and that’s not their fault. We have a problem with one of the gates. I called and they said they’re sending someone right away. Very courteous and kind
The new fence looks great. The installers arrived on the day promised and did a great job! Very professional.
Superior Fence was great to work with. The owner Ralph and his crews made sure everything we requested was done to our satisfaction. Their communication at all levels regarding scheduling, arrival, concerns, etc. was impressive and we were impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and follow-through.
