Great all around experience with Superior on removing an old shadow box fence and installing a new trex one. Tim and his crew of Hunter and Eric did an awesome job getting rid of the old fence and installing a new one. Super communicative, Tim brought up a better option for a side piece of fence, when anything came up he immediately brought it to my attention for a decision. Friendly service with great communication. Done exactly how I wanted and had no problem answering questions as they went. Quality work done professionally!!
Pricing was competitive, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Sales people arrived when they said they would, they worked totally with us on the permitting process, and the installation process went very smoothly. Great communication between staff and us. Very happy overall.
The man came when we were told he would be here and he did exactly what was expected. He cleaned up the work area leaving it even better than it was when he got here. I could not ask for anything more. On the down side, the cost was more than twice what I expected it would cost. The total time on-site was about 3 hours and one 4X6 post and maybe 6 pickets were the materials. Pretty steep price at > $1,200.
