Dave was great and a pleasure to meet! The 2 employees that put the fence were on time and did a great job the 1st day here! 2nd day I’m not sure what happened but the last part on the fenced worked on was less adequate and a third employee had to come back to complete the work. He was awesome and very cordial! If you had all your employees like him that were as efficient as he was, Superior Fencing would be better for it! Thanks to Dave, Abby and the 3rd guy All 3 made it a great experience

We got a fence installed by Superior Fence and Rail in Charlotte, NC - it was a tricky job and took a number of days. The guys who came to install - Tyler and James - were excellent. They really knew what they were doing, they were good at communicating communicating issues and talking though options and solutions. They work very, very hard and the finished product looks great. There were some communication issues with fence design at the beginning and had initial problems with gate and mechanisms. All was resolved in a timely manner. We love our new fence and have had many compliments on it. Highly recommend Superior Fence.
Quick and quality installation and worked with us when we had to make last minute changes to the layout of the fence. I would recommend them for anyone looking for quality work that happens on time according to schedule!
Very happy with finished product.
Overall, the experience was great. Had a little miscommunication in the beginning but got that figured out and everything was great. The installers were behind about a day due to the weather, but they made up for it the next day when they were for over 12 hours trying to get caught up. The fence is perfectly straight and strong. We love our 8-foot PVC white fence.
Excellent experience. William was peak professionalism – on time, proactive communication, goes the extra mile, responsive to suggestions and changes. And the crew did a very professional job. We got 3 quotes and Superior was significantly cheaper and was able to install faster. Very happy with the end result. Would engage again.
