Excellent fencing from the product itself to its installation. I've received many compliments on its appearance and would heartily recommend Superior when you need fencing.
From start to finish the experience was really great. From Lewis' survey. estimate process, and scheduling, to followup by the office before and after the actual install, and the installation of the material all was great. Lewis went the extra mile despite some computer glitches and despite some unexpected obstacles that was nor their fault, Joey and Gregg did an excellent job installing the fence section and gate and we we very pleased with the results. Great Job!
The crew removing my old fence and installing the new fence were great, courteous and hard working.
Definitely would not recommend. First install date was cancelled due to weather after waiting over 16 weeks for materials. No one bothered to call and reschedule me. I had to call the office and request a new install date and the secretary on the phone told me “I was on her list of people to call and she would get back to me about a date.” Still no call back, called again for an install date and she gave me a temporary date but would call back. This would be a 0 star review if it was possible. Absolutely never use this company. They sent a subcontractor who obliterated my newly poured concrete, left concrete on newly poured asphalt, installed fence posts only a few inches into the ground, and left trash all over the place. After sending out a very helpful person who actually worked for Superior fence who tried to fix things - they were still unable to fix the concrete that the salesman told me "wouldn't even be noticeable because of the way we drill it". Highly recommend! They were the best price by far for a quality fence that looks amazing.The crew worked their tail off (stayed until shortly after 8:00pn ) to get the job done. And honestly, fence turned out even better than I thought. Sean was great walking me through the process and Carlos and his team were both competent and professional.
Seamless process. Great install. Would highly highly recommend. 5 stars.
