Superior was competitive on price, gracefully handled a miscommunication and the install team was efficient and did a nice install. Would use again.Â
This company sub contracted another company for the installation so the craftsmanship isn't part of my review however the customer service is. I will include both so you can understand. The installer is a new company and the owner I feel is a good person however the installation of my nearly $10,000 fence was sub par to say the least. The first thing was when they left for the night they left empty water bottles, nails and other debris in my yard. The crew was very professional and installed our back privacy fence in one day. Sean and Gina/Shannon were wonderful to work with. The payment option was very easy and links were user friendly. We are now using Superior for our aluminum fencing. Thank you for everything and working with us.Â
