I called more than half a dozen companies including those that were recommended by the neighborhood group. Some of the companies gave me a quote without coming out, but had clauses in their contracts that prices would go up based on what their actual work ended up being. I did not like that at all. I am super happy we decided to go with Superior Fence & Rail. We received a few different quotes but ultimately chose Superior because of their professionalism and communication. The quality of the fence is great! They are also timely and were done within a day. Would highly recommend!
I will start off by saying that Superior Fence and Rail delivered immaculate service, from the quote all the way to the installation and follow up. I have NEVER had an experience this effortless and this smooth when it comes to a working with a contractor. They were very transparent throughout the entire process and they met all of the scheduling expectations that they set. Superior Fence and Rail surpassed my expectations beyond what I thought was even possible. I worked with Lyle Gal on the sales side, who was extremely thorough and thoughtful in how we planned out my fence. He was also cognizant of my budget and transparent with the project costs, which was much appreciated. I, unfortunately, had to go through an extremely extensive and unexpected permitting process.
