Timely appointment and informative service rep .Also, free shuttle ride back home a huge perk!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, when I went to pick up my car, the men that I checked in with, filed to let anyone know that I was waiting in the lobby. Multiple people that had checked in after me, were helped and checked out. Time is extremely valuable and I was disappointed in my most recent experience
Lorenzo Maldonado was amazing! He was helpful, polite and honest! Lorenzo made our buying experience enjoyable and easy. Lorenzo listened to our needs and wants and helped us find the vehicle of our dreams. He answered all our questions and made the experience go smoothly. Thank you Lorenzo for being amazing and helping us purchase the vehicle of our dreams. We are forever grateful for this experience. Warmly, The Ochoa family

They told me exactly what was wrong with my car. I didn't expect this but they detailed my car which was a pleasant surprise.
The whole service team at Lexus is wonderful!!
All good. Very professional.
Great experience very accomidating
Lexus always does a great job with maintenance servicing. Its been 2 + years though since I received notice of a recall for the passenger side air bags and the dealer tells me that they have not received the fix from big daddy Lexus. Most days I'd miss my wife if something was to happened to her because of her air bag not deploying. Who do I talk to who can light a fire to move this forward.
