Completed what needed to be done. Advisor was very courteous. They recommended tires be replaced and vehicle needed front end alignment. I declined both as I was having tires replaced elsewhere. When I took it to have an alignment done at another facility, they told me the current alignment couldn't be closer to perfect. No alignment necessary. I'll use the dealer for prepaid and warranty service only in the future.

I have had my car serviced at this dealership since I bought it seven years ago. Shane has been my service manager the entire time. He recommends items that need to be fixed and not every little noncritical item that the tech notices, which doesn't impact daily operation of the car or safety.
