They did the works as requested. I had an appointment but they said it would be hours before they could do the work. Considering it was a 1-1/2 drive to the dealership they did push it ahead. They did not answer the phone or return my 3 calls about getting a lift back to the dealership. As a result I had to walk back 30 minutes in 110 degree heat.

I loved getting a video from the technician explaining what he did and what the issue was with the battery. Phil Zito, the advisor, is thorough with my concerns. Getting a texted report was also very helpful. They all take good care of my car and I'm very satisfied.
