Very satisfied. I brought my 2016 Escape in because my battery wouldn't hold a charge. They tested the battery, found a dead cell, and gace me a warrenty replacement battery. It took half a day, but I'm happy.

The service performed was as expected. The customer service was poor. When the car was pulled up after the service was completed, and I informe the agent the car was pulled up, the agent walked away and left me waiting an additional 15-20 minutes. Wow ... what a ****.
Replace right hand fuel pump, had to wait on parts from Jaguar, but all good.
my service was excellent and kept informed for the length of service. Service manager Pete Murrin was terrific. Explained every thing that needed to be done. What was covered under warranty and what was not.
