Amazing experience again!
My service adviser was outstanding! Very professional yet personable. Service was 5 stars and my vehicle came back better than the condition I dropped it off in. Clean waiting area with healthy and naughty treats for the family to enjoy. Hands down best Ford dealer I've dealt with in Arizona!!!!!
Brent was great. The service was excellent, they even found problems my previous lube shop didn't bring to my attention. With a great waiting area and friendly staff, I will definitely be back.
Every time I get my car serviced at Surprise Ford I feel satisfied.They care as much for me personally as they do for my car. They assist me with my walker in and out of the car, When my car is returned to me I feel it is safe to drive, and in good repair. If anything needs repair they let me know if it is urgent or can wait. I'm very satisfied. Way to go Surprise.Dennis
Came in asking for the 7500 miles maintenance ... the work they did was excellent ... which they told me the maintenance wasn't due until 10000 miles.
