Surprise Ford would not honor my maintenance contract. At 60,000 miles the maintenance guy calls for fluid changes wiper blade changes and they would not honor it. So it only change oil rotate tires which were brand new and change the air filter. I am done with Surprise Ford and probably any Ford dealership

Since I sold this truck to Surprise Ford on January 31, 2022 it is the only rating I could give because I didn't have it serviced.

Not good. Each time we come in there is always an issue with the service department. Each of the last 2 times it takes weeks to get in on the schedule then we are informed that they are behind and need multiple days just to get a tech scheduled for the work. If that is the method then why not scan the code at the time of request and then schedule the repair?

My car was there for an inspection they didn't even check my oil I drove off with 0 oil

One huge problem for us is having to wait way too long to get our car back. Also the technician did not clean the car as good as the previous time.

Way over quoted for a job. $4,500 for a water pump. My true cost was $55 for the parts and $800 for the labor. When I asked why it was so high, the reply was "we added a few hundred extra just encase we break something taking it out." I picked up my RV the very next day and took it somewhere else to be fixed by a mechanic that knows what he is doing.
Customer service was terrible.
