Susan have been a blessing. I don’t think I would have made the purchase without her. Considering I lost my job and she have been very patient with me and help me through everything.

We had an excellent experience working with Susan and her team. She was attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and took her time to walk us through the process. She handled some very tricky situations encountered due to the Covid crisis and construction delays with ease, which we greatly appreciated! Susan and her team handled many last-minute scrambles with the builder and worked to make sure that we could close on time and even managed to secure an extremely generous lender's credit.

I know that it’s was an odd time purchasing a home and crunch time for everyone . I just did not appreciate how Melida communicated and somehow it seems that I sent everything and more are needed ?! That was very frustrating. Overall i am grateful and I appreciate all their hardwork . Thank you to your team!
