We had an excellent experience working with Susan and her team. She was attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and took her time to walk us through the process. She handled some very tricky situations encountered due to the Covid crisis and construction delays with ease, which we greatly appreciated! I know that it’s was an odd time purchasing a home and crunch time for everyone . I just did not appreciate how Melida communicated and somehow it seems that I sent everything and more are needed ?!
