She was super responsive and made us feel like she was truly on our side throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. At all hours I would email Susan and she would respond very quickly; evenings, weekends, at all hours. Buying a home can be stressful but my husband and I felt supported the entire time by Susan. We are very grateful she was on our team and made this experience so amazing.
