Susan was a very nice person but was not efficient in communication. On several occasions she assured me that I wouldn’t have to pay off my car at the time of closing when that wasn’t the case at all. I had to come up with an extra $11k to close. She also wasn’t clear about the client portal, never directing me to it. In several instances I had to reach out to her to get information. She was very reactive and not proactive in her approach which caused a lot of stress.

Communication with Susan was difficult. She forgot to bcc her email before she sent out. We saw other loan applicants’ email addresses and their names. I thought that was quite unprofessional. She sent out important documents last minutes (usually Friday around 5pm) and expected us to respond right away. That one time we didn’t sign right away because we wanted to clarify something before we move forward, she told us that we were delaying closing. More horrible things but word limits here

Rude, uncooperative, and a flat out liar. We had numerous issues along the way and Susan was condescending and glib every time we had an issue.

Customer experience and consistency are very important to me. There were times where Sue was an excellent communicator, however there are also times when many key components of communication were missing. Specifically during the closing process I felt she could’ve been more customer centric and not allow her frustrations to be apparent during interactions. Her objective was to get me in a house however the customer service piece did not completely meet the expectations KB promised.

I’m really sorry to say this but Susan was not an easy person to deal with. It seems we started out on a bad note and ended on a bad note as well. She has a very strong attitude and it came off as very rude to us. She was very short and didn’t want to take time to explain things to us in great detail as first time home buyers. Last but not least she put us in panic mode for no reason she made decisions about our loan based on her discretion without even forwarding our file to under writing.

After reading another review with Susan helping a person whom lost there job to purchase a home when she told me she could not use my income from maternity leave and would have to wait on me to return back to work makes me even more upset !! You do the math ???She’s a very rude person to begin with and always left me confused and frustrated !! She changed all our numbers and interest rate and tried her best to burn us out of a house but by the grace of GOD she lost that battle !!!

Getting the numbers straight before talking to us. Not being sooo condescending when she speaks to you. Overall just made me feel confused and upset after I hung up with her.
