Dr. Boyle is absolutely amazing he is friendly kind and will help you out in anyway that he can. However the front desk staff and others staff are incredibly rude. At first they were nice and pleasant than the day of my procedure the front desk lady was incredibly rude and snippy with me and my husband then my husband called in because he was not given all the information we needed when we left and the conversation I’m assuming went well. My initial interaction with the phone staff was very difficult and I felt like I was a bother. It was not easy to connect and when I did speak to someone the professionalism was very low. The procedure my son's received went smoothly as far the length of time and completing the procedure. However, the lack of information and preparing us for the reaction to full sedation for my two sons both 12 years and younger made it for a very traumatic experience bringing home. My son had 3 wisdom teeth extracted. Overall surgery seemed to go pretty well until day 4 after surgery when he started having pain in the back of his throat making it hard to swallow his own saliva let alone food. By this time he had returned to college and I was leaving that evening to go out of the country. He sent me a picture of the hole in the back of his mouth. I had my wisdom teeth removed here a few months ago. The surgery went pretty smoothly from what I can tell afterwards, but the process was horrible. I love Dr. Boyle but they way they treated me was horrible. I was freaking out in the room, and they would not tell me what was happening, until I was asleep. When I woke up, they walked me out to my car, where the anesthesia has not wound off at all, and I was still very much bloody all over. Very friendly , kind & compassionate. My visit was exceptional!!! I went to have a tooth extracted & was expecting the worst & a lot of pain, but experienced the exact opposite. I didn’t even know that tooth was pulled until the dentist said you’re done. I will definitely go back if I should need any other oral surgery. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!😊
