"Excellent buying experience" Just purchased a new Leaf from Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia. It was a very smooth and stress free purchase experience. I was returning a lease vehicle and that process was very easy as well. Everyone at the dealership did a great job. Larry, Nesrin, and Andrey all did a great job making it a seamless experience.
"Love this dealership" We bought my mom a truck and in less than a month we were back to get me one. Curt is amazing and very helpful. Larry is very knowledgeable and great with trucks.

"New Purchase" I had a great experience working with the team, I had an approval prepared and ready when i got there, and signed the paperwork and finalized the transaction in a couple hours. My time and availability were very limited, and they had a clear understanding of that, which was most appreciated.

"Cass Warner " Cass Warner was my salesperson. He was professional and honest throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to sell me a car that I did not want or could not afford. He took the time to show me several options. When I finally made my purchase, it was late, but once again he demonstrated extensive knowledge about my car and walked me though setting up the control panel. "Gary’s customer service" When I got there to the front office I was standing for few minutes and nobody asked me if I need help , looking to all of them , but only Gary asked me if I need help . Unfortunately the front office needs a better customer service . Always happen to me Gary gave me excellent customer service , he is very professional ! Also I thought they were going to wash my car , maybe they don’t do it anymore ? Stars for GARY
"Service" Service was perfect in all areas. Courier service was great, also. Finance rates too high. Plan to refinance with credit union at a much cheaper rate. Other issues with finance were I wasn’t allow to finance less than $7k. One should be able to finance amount desired
