"great service" A big shout out to Sherry who called me to make sure she could be there to help, and her follow up. She was thorough in checking off work done prior to this, and was able to be sure that what needed to be done was scheduled for this visit.
"Quick and excellent service " A young man named Justin Rivera helped me as soon as I arrived. He did all the paper work quickly & walked me to the waiting room where he offered coffee & snacks. Clean well maintained sitting area. Was done in about an hour. Will return again.

"Outstanding" I arrived at 12:50 pm and I was immediately greeted by Will. I told him I had a 1pm reservation. We had “small” talk about the reservation and the anticipated wait time. He took my keys and walked me to the lounge. About 45 minutes later he provided an update with additional services that needed to be done. The technician that worked on my car was through and patient. A couple hours later my car was ready. It was washed and looked brand new. Thanks Sutherlin Nissan for a job well done.
