"Satisfied Customer" From the time I pulled into the Service Area, I was greeted with respect. I was kept up to date of the progress of the service. They told me it would take an hour, but it was 30 minutes. I also came 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment.
"Excellent service." The service at this dealership is excellent. They are always very accommodating. I've told my family about the excellent service. It's always the little details that are important and Sutherlin realizes that. I love the cleanliness, little snacks, and beverages. The car wash at the end of the service is a great perk.
