"Had a couple of minor issues to fix" I had a couple of minor issues to fix , and they were handled promptly and with friendliness and made my time valuable. There were no negative issues at all with my experience ! I will continue to use Sutherland Nissan as my service center . "Satisfied Customer" From the time I pulled into the Service Area, I was greeted with respect. I was kept up to date of the progress of the service. They told me it would take an hour, but it was 30 minutes. I also came 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment.
"Excellent service." The service at this dealership is excellent. They are always very accommodating. I've told my family about the excellent service. It's always the little details that are important and Sutherlin realizes that. I love the cleanliness, little snacks, and beverages. The car wash at the end of the service is a great perk.
"Excellent customer service" They are great I took my car in for and I'll change they washed it and rotated my tires. The people in the service department are wonderful. They greeted me and u was helped immediately
"Great service experience!" Professional and courteous staff. Kept me informed about progress of services. Offered me a wonderful meal of barbecue and fresh fruit!! Exceptional to say the least!
