"Customer service...what a concept!!" I can be a difficult customer due to my crazy work schedule....the Service Department bent over backwards to meet my needs. Absolutely do not know what else they could have done to make my visit and repair while I waited any better. Great folks here at Sutherlin..... happy customer.

Curt also took his time to go thoroughly through all financial paperwork, and made all details very clear and easy to understand.

"Travis is great!" I worked with Travis, who was kind and a joy. He answered all of our questions, prepared everything, was straight forward, and a good guy. Ryan, with finance was responsive and answered questions via text even after the fact. We had a negative experience with Vinny a different day. He left us in the heat for 15 min to find a key.
