"Outstanding" I arrived at 12:50 pm and I was immediately greeted by Will. I told him I had a 1pm reservation. We had “small” talk about the reservation and the anticipated wait time. He took my keys and walked me to the lounge. About 45 minutes later he provided an update with additional services that needed to be done. The technician that worked on my car was through and patient. A couple hours later my car was ready. It was washed and looked brand new. Thanks Sutherlin Nissan for a job well done.
"car service" very informative of what was needed and not doing work that was not needed at the time Sherri did a great job of keeping me updated and informed
"Purchasing a new to me used car" I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. I came in with a specific vehicle in mind and was able to get all my questions answered quickly, was able to take the car for a drive, even in the horrible weather. I was even given the offer of taking the car for an extended test drive so my wife, who had been unable to come on the first visit, would be able to ride in the car without rushing. "Good customer service" The customer service person was attentive and patient. The cashier was very efficient in explaining the final cost while finalizing the paper works. Did not need the advisor but he was ready and available if I had questions.
"Awesome!" I always get taken care of, with knowledgeable people and excellent service. I prefer going in to get service at Sutherlin, because they always know what's best needed for my car.
"Oil Change" I have worked with Gil Rodriguez in the past for my oil changes but worked with Gary this time. I have been happy with both.
"Bought new 2018 Maxima" I traded in my old 2014 Altima for a new 2018 Maxima. Dennis helped me through to entire process and Andrey helped me finance the car.
"Brooks in service is awesome" Brooks is the face of the service team. Friendly, professional and knows his cars. Always keeps me laughing and my car in tip top shape. My technician was awesome too. My car runs like a new one again. Thx
"Sutherlin Nissan " I traded in my 2011 Altima for a 2017 Altima SR certifies preowned. My experience was fast easy and painless. Bill R. was extremely thoughtful knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Mr. Kim in finance went above and beyond to help get me in the car.
