"Great customer service and waiting areas" Thanks to Will and the Service Manager for taking care of me this past Saturday. I came in for 4 new tires and an oil change. They did not have the tires I previously requested, however they accommodated me by giving me better tires at the same value. Will also kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. I appreciate you making these concessions and making me feel like a valued client.
"Always a great experience!!" I always service my vehicles at Sutherlin. They let me know what services are due so I’m up to date on the factory recommendations. Brooks, Brandon And Juan are a tremendous asset to the company and their customer service is always TOP NOTCH!

"Oil/filter change" Stopped into dealership unannounced for a oil and filter change. They got me in and out quickly without any hesitation. Also informed me of service needed on the vehicle on my next visit. Folks here are always polite, friendly and courteous. Customer oriented.
"Quick and Early oil change" I called in and asked for an early morning oil change for the next day. I told the early morning service techs that I had another early appointment. I was scheduled for a 7:00 AM arrival and I was in and out in a little over 30 minutes. Fantastic job, Sutherlin Nissan MOG Service Department !!
