"Had great service from Sherry. " Received excellent service from my service advisor Sherry. Was disappointed that normal mechanic was not available to perform service. New person took over 1.5 hrs to change oil and balance tires. Will definitely not schedule app in the afternoon again.

"Buy new car." They show me many different car and recommend right style car for me. They help me finance and show me different payment for my choice. They are very kind and nice person.
"Excellent Service" I never take my car anywhere other than Sutherlin. They're always helpful and courteous and honest about the time things will take. Brooks helped me this visit and he's awesome.

"Great front of house personnel" I was given a quick appointment time (half an hour from booking) and sat in the lobby next to a gentleman whose car had been diagnosed at another Nissan dealership. Suspicious, since he had never had the upsell at this location since the purchase in 2011, he brought it here. It did need the repairs but his experience said a lot. "Lifesaver" Cheno was a life saver . I wasn’t sure about even getting approved for a car due to my challenged credit and other things but he didn’t give up on me and now I have a brand new car of my choosing ! Thanks guys !
