"Service" Brooks was a great help in getting me in and out with no worries. He scheduled a time for me to come in, and was available for any questions that I had. He was very professional.
"Great Service, Just not at Lunch time" My visit was good minus the fact that my car was done and I waited about 10 min (after I saw it rolled out of the bay). I walked to the front thinking they were just swamped....nope, only one advisor on the phone, and someone just there taking a break. My vehicle was ready, but no alerted the advisors, the paperwork was at a desk( spot) no one was sitting at. After it was all handled, I just know not to make an appointment around Lunch time again...no continuity.
"Excellent " The Service Representative was extremely helpful and nice. He made sure I was aware of the cost for everything I needed before having the work performed. I was pleased with the work done.
"Good CS" I had a good experience this time with the service department, I had a recall on my Nissan they were able to fix it and provide a rental car for me during that weekend.
"It was awesome!" Quick, easy and inexpensive. Can't complain about that! The whole staff was great and they did all IO could ask for. I'll be coming back soon

"terrific service" I had an issue with my Rogue. I followed the troubleshooting guide in the manuel with no results. I went to the dealership to discuss my problem. Justin Rivera helped me find a solution.
"Always excellent service!" My 2004 Nisson Murano(196,000 miles) needed a new engine. Sherry Hosch found an engine with 98,000 miles which they installed and guaranteed for 1 year. They did some other repair work and we are on the road again!
