"Hassle free buying !!" There was no hassle, employees were friendly and knowledgeable, no one was pushy about buying. Was one of the best car buying experiences we have had...and we have been buying Nissan products for 30 years.
"Super nice, but time consuming " This dealership had a lot of super nice and welcoming employees. It took quite a while, but that’s the nature of the beast with car dealerships I guess. I am a woman and my husband wasn’t able to join me. I was worried this would be an issue but it wasn’t at all!
"Knowledgeable, Professional Service Team" When you need service on your Nissan, this is the place to go. The team knows their products and works hard to make sure you have a great experience.
"Service" Brooks was a great help in getting me in and out with no worries. He scheduled a time for me to come in, and was available for any questions that I had. He was very professional.
"Great Service, Just not at Lunch time" My visit was good minus the fact that my car was done and I waited about 10 min (after I saw it rolled out of the bay). I walked to the front thinking they were just swamped....nope, only one advisor on the phone, and someone just there taking a break. My vehicle was ready, but no alerted the advisors, the paperwork was at a desk( spot) no one was sitting at. After it was all handled, I just know not to make an appointment around Lunch time again...no continuity.
"Excellent " The Service Representative was extremely helpful and nice. He made sure I was aware of the cost for everything I needed before having the work performed. I was pleased with the work done.
"Good CS" I had a good experience this time with the service department, I had a recall on my Nissan they were able to fix it and provide a rental car for me during that weekend.
"It was awesome!" Quick, easy and inexpensive. Can't complain about that! The whole staff was great and they did all IO could ask for. I'll be coming back soon
"Best birthday ever" amazing service and an amazing cars. The lengths they went to help me drive of with they car I wanted was outstanding.they are great and made my birthday a great one .
