"Painless process" The service center staff is always pleasant and helpful. Everything always goes as planned but the only reason I will not give a top star evaluation is the complimentary wash leaves my car looking streaked with soap like it wasn't washed off.

"A Nice Car at a Good Price" I went to Sutherlin to by a Rogue I found online. The price was great and I was expecting that they would add on to the price once I got there (this is my 3rd car from Sutherlin). Since I last purchased there the add on's have gone to another level. They added paint protection, tinted windows, wheel locks, nitrogen tires, etc... for over $2,000. I did not want any of those items.
