"Painless process" The service center staff is always pleasant and helpful. Everything always goes as planned but the only reason I will not give a top star evaluation is the complimentary wash leaves my car looking streaked with soap like it wasn't washed off.

"A Nice Car at a Good Price" I went to Sutherlin to by a Rogue I found online. The price was great and I was expecting that they would add on to the price once I got there (this is my 3rd car from Sutherlin). Since I last purchased there the add on's have gone to another level. They added paint protection, tinted windows, wheel locks, nitrogen tires, etc... for over $2,000. I did not want any of those items. "Amazing service " From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I had Amazing service! The staff especially the person helping me was funny and super sweet and helpful. The amount of time it took for my car to get taken care of was super fast. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
